Booking

Bookings refer to a specific car model. The renter selects the exact car model according to their needs and will receive the specific model chosen, not a similar one. The only possible difference between the selected vehicle and the delivered one may be the color.
Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick-up time. The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours).
Transporting and driving the vehicle outside the island of Crete is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

When the reservation is made through the website, payment can be completed either in full in advance or with a minimum deposit of 30%, with the remaining balance payable upon vehicle delivery. In both cases, credit, debit or prepaid cards can be used. Accepted card types are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover and American Express.

If the Full Collision Damage Waiver (FCDW) with no excess is selected, no credit card charge or pre-authorization is required at pick-up. If an insurance package with excess is selected, a credit or debit card is required at pick-up and an amount equal to 50% of the excess will be charged in advance. Provided that the rental complies with the company’s terms and no damage occurs, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the card.

Payment Security

All card payments are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A., using the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Encryption ensures that payment data is securely transmitted and decoded only by authorized recipients.

Delivery & Collection of Vehicles

Vehicles can be delivered or collected from all supported locations available in the booking engine. For locations not listed, renters may contact the company in advance to check availability.

Vehicle Safety

All vehicles are delivered in safe, roadworthy condition and are regularly maintained in accordance with company standards.

Driver’s Age

The minimum driver age is 20 years for all vehicle categories. The maximum rental age is 79 years.

Driver’s License

The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least one (1) year prior to the rental.

Traffic Violations & Fines

Any fine or administrative penalty resulting from violation of Greek traffic laws during the rental period is the sole responsibility of the renter. The renter must inform the company immediately in case of any fine. The corresponding amount will be charged at vehicle return. Failure to notify the company or present the fine may result in additional charges.

Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included in all rental rates.

Additional Driver

One (1) additional driver can be registered free of charge. A maximum of two (2) drivers is included in the rental rate. Any additional driver beyond this limit is subject to an extra charge of €5 per day per driver.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance is provided free of charge and is available 24/7. In case assistance is required, renters are advised to contact the company directly.

Insurance Coverage

All rentals include Theft Protection, Fire Insurance, Third Party Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and Personal Liability Insurance.
Theft Protection covers the vehicle in case of theft. Personal belongings inside the vehicle are not covered.
Fire Insurance covers damage caused by fire, lightning strike or explosion.
Third Party Insurance covers damages caused to third parties without the renter’s responsibility.
Public Liability Insurance covers death or bodily injury up to €1,300,000 and material damages up to €1,300,000.
Personal Liability Insurance covers the driver up to €15,000 and passengers for death or bodily injury up to €1,300,000.
All rates include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) by default. Before completing the booking, the renter may choose to upgrade insurance by adding Full Collision Damage Waiver (FCDW) and Wheels, Underbody & Glass Insurance (WUG). In specific cases, rental may be combined with No Damage Waiver (NDW) upon agreement with the company.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

In case of damage caused at the driver’s responsibility, the renter is liable up to the excess amount, which ranges from €500 to €3,000 depending on the vehicle category.

Full Collision Damage Waiver (FCDW)

With FCDW, the renter is fully insured for damages caused to the vehicle at the driver’s responsibility with no excess. No credit card pre-authorization is required.

Wheels, Underbody & Glass Insurance (WUG)

WUG covers damage to wheels, tires, glass, underside and engine of the vehicle. With this package, the renter has no excess obligation.

No Damage Waiver (NDW)

With NDW, the renter is not insured for damages caused to the vehicle at the driver’s responsibility and is fully liable for all repair costs.

Other Insurance Conditions

The driver must always be registered in the rental agreement. Insurance does not cover damages caused under the influence of alcohol, drugs or misuse of the vehicle. The vehicle must only be driven on authorized roads. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. Any accident must be reported to the company immediately.

Vehicle Replacement

In case of accident, breakdown or damage not caused by the renter, the company will replace the vehicle within 24 hours, subject to availability.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank. Missing fuel will be charged along with an additional refueling fee of €10.

Key Loss

The renter is responsible for all costs related to lost or damaged keys, including replacement and retrieval if keys are locked inside the vehicle.

Tire Damages

If a tire is repairable, the renter may proceed with the repair. If WUG insurance applies, the company will refund the repair cost.

Booking Changes

The renter may request changes to the booking at any time. Approval depends on availability and company confirmation.

Rental Extension

Any request to extend the rental period must be approved by the company. Extensions may be denied if the vehicle is already reserved.

Use of Vehicle & Damages

All insurance coverage is valid only if the renter fully complies with the terms and conditions. The renter must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and immediately report any damage without moving the car. Damage reports submitted only at vehicle return without prior notification will not be accepted.
The company may claim compensation up to the full repair cost for damages caused due to unauthorized road use, parking violations, participation in races, driving by unauthorized or unlicensed drivers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or reckless and improper use of the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies depend on the type of reservation.
For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to pick-up, the full amount paid is refunded.
For cancellations made within 72 hours prior to pick-up, the company may retain 50% of the deposit for partially prepaid reservations or 15% of the total amount for fully prepaid reservations.
In case of no-show, the company reserves the right to charge the full prepaid amount. Refunds are processed to the card originally used.
